After taking more than 60 public comments from residents of Emmet, Otsego, Antrim and Charlvoix counties over a three-hour span, the Emmet County Board of Commissioners voted five to one at 9:40 p.m. on Monday night to remove Chairman Rich Ginop from his assignment on the Board of Health, the governing body for the Heath Department of Northwest Michgian.
